1. Cancellation notice given before 48 hours of the scheduled dog walking visit: No cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your timely communication, allowing us to adjust our schedules accordingly.

2. Cancellation notice given within 48 hours of the scheduled dog walking visit: A cancellation fee of 50% of the cost for the first day of visits will be charged. This fee is implemented to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your dog's care.

**All cancellation fees are waived in the event of severe weather or act of God.**
